Meet Lotti

Lotti’s journey with Pathways began when she was just two years old. She and her siblings attended our center for her early childhood education. Pathways’s caring and nurturing environment left a lasting impression on Lotti, and she credits it to be the foundation of her love for learning.

After graduating high school, Lotti knew she wanted to pursue a career in teaching. But when looking for a place to start her journey, Pathways was the first place that came to mind. She reached out to our center and expressed her interest in being a part of our team.

Michelle Blackmon, our Center Director, shares, “Lotti embodies the spirit and mission of Pathways. Her journey from being a learner to an educator here is truly inspiring. She is a testament to our belief that early education can shape a child’s future and a shining example of the positive impact our center has on our community. We are beyond proud to have her as part of the Pathways family.”

Lotti’s ambition extends beyond her current role. She is determined to continue her education and attain her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. This nationally recognized certification will set her on the path to becoming a lead teacher and further enable her to make a significant impact in the field of early childhood education. Lotti says, “Pathways inspired me to become a teacher. Now, they’re supporting my dream to further my education and make a bigger difference.” Her commitment to self-improvement and the betterment of children’s lives continues to inspire us all at Pathways.

Lotti’s story is a testament to early education’s impact on a child’s life. At Pathways, we strive to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for all our students, setting them up for success in their future endeavors. We are honored that Lotti chose to come back and be a part of our team, and we are excited to see where her journey takes her next.
